Refunds and Exchanges

If your Bitcoin LYFE purchase does not meet your expectations, we are happy to refund or exchange your items, per the conditions herein.  All Bitcoin LYFE products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, enter an incorrect address, or simply change your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Bitcoin LYFE offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery at customerservice@bitcoinlyfe.com with 1) order number, 2) description of the product(s) ordered, 3) a description of the issue(s), 4) customer name, shipping address, and optional contact phone number, and 5) a clear photo of the issue. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For skincare products, we are unable to accept returns of used products because hygenic items are unsafe to handle. If there are problems with an order or product, we may issue product replacements instead. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address your account will be billed with the full cost of the return shipping and second delivery attempt.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
